From our wrap around garden to our forest school adventures we aim to make every day an outside experience. Children learn through movement, exploration, and hands-on discovery in all weathers.
Our outside space connects to the inside allowing free flow, into a warm, homely retreat with natural textures, gentle colours, and cosy spaces that feel safe and familiar. Together, these environments nurture confident, curious learners who shine in their own unique way.

Did you know the government are increasing the amount of hours given in funded childcare.
From September 2025 working families could be entitled to 30 hours of childcare per week for free for children from 9 months old.
Here at Puddle Ducks Nursery we help parents through the whole process, from understanding what you are entitled to, to registering you for the free childcare. We’ll also never charge you top up fees or force you to take extra paid for hours beyond your free allocation.
Puddle Ducks is a brand new childrare nursery in Salehurst, East Sussex, set on a farm in this picturesque village. We are opened in September 2025 so do get in touch if you’d like to find out more, get some help with your funded hours, or get added to our invite list for upcoming open days.
